What is this verification?
This verification page allows you to verify that a Roost PDF inspection report is an authentic, unaltered original. When an inspection is locked, a unique SHA-256 digital signature is calculated and stored on the secure Roost ledger.
What does it guarantee?
It guarantees that the document has not been modified since it was mutually approved and signed. If any photo, note, or metadata has been altered, the signature hash will not match and verification will fail.
How do I verify a document?
Simply complete the security check and drop your PDF file onto the upload zone. The system will extract the cryptographic hash from the file and cross-reference it with our ledger.
